Production process
- Raw materials control: All wood is tested for moisture, durability and quality, according to FSC/PEFC standards.
- Cutting & Assembly: Single or multiple CNC cuts, followed by fastening with eco-friendly adhesives and high-strength metal fasteners.
- Quality Control (QC): Certified inspectors check the geometry, strength and airtightness of each panel.
