The TURNKEY 100% turnkey option includes:

External walls with wooden frame elements of 70×195 mm cross-section
12 mm thick anemopanel (OSB) as a waterproof / windproofing
External thermal insulation with mineral wool 20 cm thick
Internal structural walls (frame formwork)
2. Finishes & Installations
Interior walls and ceilings with plasterboard
Floor/wall tiles (up to 23 €/m²)
Kitchen cabinets MDF 1,8 cm in total up to 12 m (top & bottom)
MDF wardrobes 1,8 cm in each bedroom
Electrical installations: switches, ceiling spotlights, lights under kitchen cabinets
Air conditioners in all rooms
Hydraulic installations
Sinks & basins in bathroom/kitchen, bathroom countertops, free standing basins, glass shower

Wooden panels offer high thermal insulation and air tightness, saving 30-40% of energy compared to conventional houses.
Wood, due to its cellular structure, offers up to 10 times the thermal resistance of concrete and 400 times that of steel (en.wikipedia.org). The airtightness of CLT panels (U≈0.35 W/m²K) reduces heat loss, saving up to 40% of energy in heating and cooling compared to conventional homes.

Each m³ of wood captures about 0.8 t of CO₂, storing it for as long as the building exists (en.wikipedia.org). Thus, a wooden house is a 'carbon sink', reducing the building's footprint by up to 0.75-1 t CO₂ per m³ of wood that replaces concrete (en.wikipedia.org).
